We are a small team selling digital downloads. Every message is read by a person.

What to include

• The email address you used at checkout
• Your order number, if you have it

We do not operate a phone line. Written support keeps a record of your request and lets us send files and links directly.

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your files

• A download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, automatically, as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a minute.
• The same link is shown on the order confirmation page right after checkout.
• Files are PDFs, spreadsheets or printable documents. They open on a phone, tablet or computer with the software you already have.

If the email does not arrive

• Check the spam, promotions and updates folders — automated emails often land there.
• Check for a typo in the address you entered.
• Write to support@instantassetsofficial.com and we will send the files manually. There is no time limit on this request.

Re-downloading

Your purchase is yours to keep. If you change device or lose the files, contact us and we will re-issue the download link free of charge.

30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If a download is not what you expected, write to us within 30 days of the purchase and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

• Email support@instantassetsofficial.com from the address used at checkout.
• Tell us which product and, if you like, what did not work for you — it helps us improve, but it is not a condition for the refund.
• No forms and no return: the files are digital, so there is nothing to send back. You may keep what you downloaded.

When you get the money

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows the amount within 5–10 business days; the timing is theirs, not ours.

Longer guarantees

Some products state a longer guarantee on their own page. Where that is the case, the longer period applies and this policy does not shorten it.

Duplicate and mistaken orders

If you were charged twice, or bought the wrong title, tell us and we will refund or swap it immediately — the 30-day window is not relevant in those cases.

What we cannot refund

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago, unless the product page states a longer guarantee.
• Orders where the files were redistributed or resold, which breaches the licence in our Terms of Service.

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website, operated by KASTRIT LLC, 312 West 2nd Street A9475, Casper, WY 82601, United States. By placing an order you accept them.

What you are buying

You are buying a digital file — a guide, template, spreadsheet, pattern or printable — delivered by email. No physical item is produced or shipped. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable once; we do not run subscriptions and we do not store your card details.

Your licence

• You may use the files for your own personal or internal business use, on as many of your own devices as you like, and print them for that use.
• You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute, or bundle the files, in whole or in part, and you may not upload them to file-sharing services or sell derivative versions.
• Copyright in the files stays with us or with our licensors. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Nature of the content

Our products are educational and informational. Guides that touch on health, herbs, nutrition, fitness, study preparation or finance are not professional advice, are not a substitute for a qualified practitioner, and do not guarantee any particular result. Always consult a doctor before changing anything related to your health, and verify exam requirements with the relevant official body.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep descriptions and previews accurate, but small differences can occur. We may update, improve or withdraw a product at any time; a withdrawal never affects files you have already bought.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Where you buy as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

KASTRIT LLC, 312 West 2nd Street A9475, Casper, WY 82601, United States, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email address, billing address and the details of what you bought. We need these to take the payment, send your files and issue a receipt.
• Payment data: handled directly by the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our systems and we cannot see them.
• Support messages: what you write to us, so we can answer.
• Usage data: anonymous or pseudonymous statistics about pages viewed, device and approximate location, used to understand what works on the site.

Why we use it

To deliver your purchase and provide support (performance of the contract), to keep accounting records and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest), and to measure how the site performs (legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).

Who processes it for us

• Shopify — the e-commerce platform hosting this store and its checkout.
• Payment providers — to take and secure the payment.
• Email and file-delivery providers — to send order confirmations and download links.

These providers act on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We never sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Marketing

We only email you about products or offers if you asked us to. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects the files you have already bought.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work, plus measurement cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the essential ones are required for the store to function.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Usage statistics for a limited period, in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Under the GDPR you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; under California law you may request disclosure and deletion, and we do not sell personal information.

Write to support@instantassetsofficial.com and we will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
